Top players in the UK multi-channel retail sector gathered at the exclusive Hurlingham Club in London earlier this month for the eagerly anticipated European Catalogue & Mail Order Direct Commerce (ECMOD) Awards.
Presented by Sky News anchor Dermot Murnaghan, the event recognised the hard work, flair and commitment of businesses in the catalogue and multichannel retail sector. Seton UK, a leading manufacturer and distributor of health and safety and facilities management solutions, won the prestigious Outstanding Customer Service Award against tough competition.
According to Seton, excellent customer service has always been the cornerstone of the business.
Jane Revell-Higgins, ECMOD Direct Commerce Awards' founding director, said: "This was one of the most fiercely contended categories because in recent years customers’ expectations have risen dramatically. The Judges found that the Seton entry ticked every box.
