Cirrus Research offers peace of mind with 15 year warranty on new products
24 October 2013
Cirrus Research says it is the first and only UK manufacturer to offer a 15 year warranty on all its new noise measurement products.

This exceptional cover starts with a two year "return to base” warranty against all faults but it is then extendable, one year at a time up to a maximum of fifteen years, as long as the products are calibrated annually by Cirrus Research.
"It is a no quibble policy and the best the industry has to offer,” suggests marketing manager James Tingay.
In short, if your instrument is calibrated annually with Cirrus Research then you can enjoy peace of mind for the next 15 years. This exceptional guarantee covers all noise measurement and acoustic equipment and is available at no additional, upfront, cost.
"It doesn’t matter if the damage has been caused accidentally or by some kind of failure, we will mend or replace it,” Jim explained: "We had one client who dropped his Optimus sound level meter whilst trying to get some noise measurements up a ladder. It wasn’t repairable so he got a brand new one as a replacement.
"Another client dropped his doseBadge whilst out riding a Quad bike in the forest and lost it. He found it a few months later and sent it back to us. We cleaned it up, mended it and it went back to him in full working order.
"We know the reliability and the strength of Cirrus products and that’s why we can offer such a long term warranty to cover any eventuality as part of our follow-on Customer Service.”
Anyone who would like to find out more about the Warranty’s Terms & Conditions can contact Cirrus Research at www.cirrusresearch.co.uk or ring 01723 891655.
