The new portable SV111 multifrequency
vibration calibrator from
Svantek allows selection of different
vibration levels, operates at both
low and high frequencies and can
be accurately used at 16, 80, 160
and 636HZ, allowing wholebody
filters in BS6472 to
be calibrated for
example.
Fully compliant with ISO 8041, the calibrator checks and ensures the accuracy of vibration measurement before the measurement is taken, giving peace of mind that measurements are correct. The SV 111 also complies with DIN 4150.
The calibrator's triaxial reference transducer means that vibration may be monitored on all three axes simultaneously. A cross-axis check is included to avoid errors and a DSP based distortion compensation improves accuracy at low frequencies. It has a loading capacity of up to 1kg, allowing fast and easy calibration, even for 10V/g accelerometers.
A buit-in rechargeable battery gives 20h of continuous operation.
