Castle Group will launch its
new sound meter at Safety
and Health Expo. The
Sonus sound level and
dosemeters are said to
offer a high level of
specification in a
small body. At
the top of
the
range is a combined sound/dosemeter
featuring dual-frequency
measurement, data-logging to a
sizeable memory and measurements
to support noise at work and
environmental applications.
The new range has dedicated modes to match the task in hand.
Dual-frequency measurement means not having to repeat measurement and is suitable for hearing protection calculations, whilst the additional availability of 3 Ln percentile values is said to make this the most powerful meter in its class.
Housed in a tough, crack resistant plastic case, the Sonus meter will stand up to arduous environments.
