Water- and windproof shell jacket
19 May 2016
Workwear manufacturer Fristads Kansas has developed a new water- and windproof shell jacket – Airtech Jacket – which is said to enable craftsmen to work effortlessly even in wet and windy conditions.

The jacket is made of the highly functional Airtech fabric, which boasts a waterpillar of 10,000 mm for excellent protection against rain, wind and snow. In addition, the water- and windproof fabric is said to provide great breathability to ensure optimal body temperature and comfort during hard work.
“This is a truly great workwear shell jacket,” says Lene Jul, product manager at Fristads Kansas. “It has an excellent fit and offers superb function, ensuring you don’t get too warm. A perfect garment for dressing in layers.”
Airtech Jacket features pre-shaped sleeves for impressive fit and freedom of movement as well as elastic inner cuffs with thumb grip that keep cold air out. The jacket also comes with practical pockets, including a map pocket with integrated mobile phone pocket accessible from the outside. Approved according to EN 343 class 3/3, the jacket also contains reflective details.
Airtech Jacket 4906 GTT is available in one plain colour (black) and two 3-colour combinations. The jacket also comes in a lined version for colder climates – Airtech Jacket 4916 GTT – which will be launched in the autumn. This warmer jacket will be available in two 3-colour combinations.
