Stacker truck
08 September 2014
Weston Handling Consultancy (WHC) has developed a new stacker truck with a modular design which is available to lease from £79 per week and is easily modified and customised to meet specific requirements.

Features include: high visibility, with a narrow mast and lower body; 'Gull' wing doors for easy access to all components; and a robust steel construction, including door panels. A fully programmable drive controller and speed functions come as standard, with on-board electronic fault diagnosis and codes display.
According to Weston, the pedestrian stacker truck is the most innovative to be designed for decades, with a nod to 1960s Mod styling and the flexibility to allow easy customisation for specific needs.
Models come in a variety of configurations, from short masted reel transporters and slitter unload trucks, to reel clamp trucks, pedestrian fork trucks and tug trucks. The trucks will be available with custom width and length of the legs or as fully counterbalanced pedestrian trucks.
