Power post provides edge protection

edge protection Offering strength, versatility and a rapid installation, the new Power Post from Combisafe International is claimed to set the highest standards in floor to soffit edge protection for steel and concrete construction.

Developed by Combisafe, the Power Post will complement the company's range of edge protection systems - including the Steel Mesh Barrier (SMB) - to meet the individual challenges of virtually every construction site.

Suitable for heights between 2.7 and 3.5m, the Power Post incorporates a compression unit to apply a force of up to 7.0kN between the floor and soffit and ensure compliance with EN 13374: The European standard for temporary edge protection systems.

The compression unit can be simply and efficiently adjusted, without any need to dismantle full height barriers, so safety will not be compromised.
