ION Science exhibiting at AQE 2021

07 October 2021

THE AIR Quality and Emissions Event takes place virtually this year over the 13 and 14 October 2021. ION Science will be attending to showcase its latest technology and expert offering.

The focus on delivering better air quality, both indoors and out, as well as monitoring emissions for better health and environment, is something that has risen in prominence over the last decade. COVID-19 further highlighted the importance of good quality air through reducing emissions, and the need to protect and maintain air quality indoors for health and wellbeing purposes. These ideals are held in high regard by those within the public and consumer spaces in more recent years, but are also things that the industries themselves have long been working towards behind the scenes.

ION Science understands the challenges associated with maintaining and improving air quality in number of scenarios. Its technology and expertise have been applied to fields such as shipping, petrochemical, medical, pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries. Air quality monitoring is receiving new focus from ION Science, something its attendance at AQE 2021 only further consolidates.

AQE, although virtual for 2021, offers an excellent opportunity for exhibitors and attendees alike to get a finger on the pulse of what’s happening with air quality monitoring and emissions technology. The event will have a range of product solutions, live demonstrations, technical advice, and opportunities to network with key industry stakeholders. Over 60 hours of exclusive content will be produced throughout the conference, available for up to 6 months post event for reference and learning.

ION Science will be demonstrating and discussing their range of sensors for use in air quality monitoring and emissions, notably the MiniPID range, High Sensitivity VOC Gas Sensor, and the 10.0 and 11.7 eV sensors. For the highest level of air quality control and monitoring, the High Sensitivity VOC Gas Sensor is the optimum choice. The HS VOC Gas Sensor can detect VOCs at sub ppb levels. This makes it particularly suitable for use indoors, where VOCs can quickly build to dangerous levels due to confined space or limited ventilation.

The MiniPID range delivers accurate high sensitivity VOC readings in a range of environments. Able to withstand humidity at 0-99% without condensing, temperatures of -40 to +65 °C, and with an anti-contamination design, the MiniPID range offers 10,000 hours of lamp life, ideal for long term, reliable monitoring.

AQE 2021 promises to deliver the latest developments for the gas detection and air quality and emissions monitoring landscape. ION Science, as key exhibitors, will be demonstrating their products, technical insight, and dedicated customer service that supports their status as one of the leading OEMs within the field of VOC gas detection.
