A-Safe bollards are proving a success
in the car parks of Bluewater - one of
Britain's busiest shopping centres in
Greenhithe, Kent. They were specified
by Vita Lend Lease who maintain the
centre's public access car parks which
are around 200 acres in size and
incorporate 13,000 parking spaces.
Naturally, public safety is of the utmost importance in an environment like this, but a balance must also be struck with cost effectiveness. A-Safe's 750mm high bollards, which are now installed throughout the shopping centre's car parks were chosen because they are competitively priced, easy to install, highly visible and said to be more cost effective than the previous system.
