Workplace and ambient dust workshop
07 December 2016
Following the success of a similar event last January, TSI and Ashtead Technology have organised another workshop focusing on workplace dust, aerosols and environmental particulates. The event, which is free to attend, will take place on Wednesday 11th January 2017 at TSI’s headquarters in High Wycombe.
Ashtead’s regional sales manager Josh Thomas said: “This is a very popular event but places are limited and we had to decline late applications last time, so I would urge delegates to reserve their places as soon as possible.”
The workshop will include practical monitoring sessions with the latest technologies, in addition to presentations by technical staff from TSI and Ashtead. In addition, a speaker from the Health & Safety Laboratory (HSL), which is part of the Health & Safety Executive, will deliver a presentation on PPE and respiratory protection, including a practical session on HSL’s Face Fit Respiratory Equipment Demonstrator (FFRED). The practical sessions will include introductions to the latest AM520i personal dust/aerosol monitors and the MCERTS approved Environmental DustTrak.
Starting at 9.45am and finishing at around 3pm, this event has been designed for anyone responsible for protecting health against the effects of dust, smoke and aerosols. To register visit: www.ashtead-technology.com/TSI
