Fire alarm panel debut
24 May 2016
Making its debut at this year’s Safety & Health Expo is a new fire alarm panel for Bull Products’ successful range of Cygnus wireless fire and first aid alarm systems.
The new CYG6 fire alarm panel has been designed for smaller construction sites, where it can connect up to 32 fire alarm devices in one zone. Like all Cygnus systems, the product is CE marked and is used in conjunction with a choice of units including fire alarms, smoke detectors, heat detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and first aid call points. Amongst other features, the new CYG6 fire alarm panel has a site evacuate option which can be used in case of emergency.
Also on show on Bull’s stand will be new ranges of stands and cabinets for the company’s established range of fire extinguishers. The Wave wall stand from Bull Products is a clever and stylish design conceived to partially conceal and so reduce the visual impact of any fire extinguisher, particularly appropriate in reception and office areas. Bull Products’ fire extinguisher cabinet is a high quality, fully weatherproof product made from injection moulded polypropylene, polycarbonate and nylon. A selection of fire extinguishers from Bull’s comprehensive range will also be on the stand and these include water, powder, CO2 and foam extinguishers in both traditional red and polished stainless steel and in a variety of sizes and capacities. The company offers an automatic servicing schedule on customer fire extinguishers.
Also on display will be Bull Products’ recently developed First Responder Stations which improve health and safety at construction sites, factories and warehouses. Three types of First Responder Stations are available and comprise a Fire Point Centre, a Spill Control Centre and a First Aid Centre, all of which are trolley based mobile units. These stations contain everything needed in a compact and attractive package instantly improving the user’s health and safety image on site.
