There are quite a few
differences between
Centurion's current Reflex
helmet and its new Reflex
Plus, says the company.
Features still include the Venturi system providing ventilation as standard, a comfortable internal textile cradle and absorbent sweatband.
The difference with the new Reflex Plus helmet is that it is made of strong ABS material which provides greater strength and rigidity than the HDPE in the existing Reflex helmet. Not only does the shell provide a level of protection against lateral compression, indicating improved side strength to the helmet, it also provides EN 397 protection when worn at or above - 40°C. It is tested and approved to EN 397, EN 50365 and ANSI/ISEA Z89.
1-2009 Type 1 Class C LT.
Reflex Plus is also accredited with the BSI Kitemark.
