In line with the company's growth strategy, Dilks will be responsible for shaping the marketing and communications programme to help further strengthen Casella brand recognition globally, in both existing and emerging markets.
Prior to joining Casella, Dilks spent four years as group marketing manager and lead team member at Goodyear Dunlop, where he played an integral part in the financial turnaround of the business.
