The quality of customer support has been highlighted over and over in customer feedback and is usually the deciding factor when a customer renews a contract.
The British Safety Industry Federation award for customer service is a welcome reward for the focus EssentialSkillz put on providing and maintaining excellent customer support. The customer support team manage the implementation of EssentialSkillz software for new customers.
They guide and consult the customer through the setup process and tailor the software to suit the customer's specific needs. They provided training that enables the client to self-manage the software. The support team is always on hand if the client has questions via phone, email and live chat.
