EssentialSkillz is planning to double its workforce and create 30 new jobs in the city over the next two years.

Founded in 2001, the company has experienced rapid growth over the last few years and expects this trend to continue. EssentialSkillz provide compliance eLearning solutions to blue chip companies and SMEs around the world with close to 100% of their revenue being driven by exports. Their management platform O-LAS delivers compliance related courses in Health & Safety and Employment Law to an audience of over 500,000 employees.


CEO Tony Dervan said: "We are delighted that our efforts over the last 14 years have lead to such substantial growth. We are currently working on the next major version of our compliance eLearning platform and we are very interested in hearing from talented Developers who would like to be involved in this leading edge development project."
