The award recognises Arco's commitment to improving and enhancing its website, which now accounts for 22% of all sales transactions. The site has been developed to offer an efficient, easy to use, low cost channel for ordering safety products and equipment.
New features and functions such as click and collect and an online bespoke embroidery service have resulted in a user friendly site that has attracted significant new business for Arco from national corporations.
