Consultants awarded ISO14001
16 February 2015
One of the UK's leading experts in providing public and private sector organisations with advice about environmental legislation compliance has gained ISO14001 certification.
Sunderland-based Cedrec is believed to be one of the first consultancies of its type to achieve the accreditation, which has been awarded by Bureau Veritas and is valid for the next three years.
The move builds on Cedrec's commitment to reducing its own carbon footprint, in particular working towards achieving carbon neutrality when visiting customer sites across the UK. The consultancy also aims to reduce its paper usage as part of its ISO14001 objectives, with more of its work and reports available electronically.
