Measuring safety culture

A good safety culture is important as it has a direct impact on the safety of employees, contractors and the public. As a health & safety professional within a business, it is more than likely that you are already convinced that a positive safety culture is good for your business. Based on HSE’s original, the Health & Safety Laboratory’s (HSL) innovative Safety Climate Tool provides a robust measure of an organisation’s culture.
