Royal Society for the Prevention
of Accidents (RoSPA) on March 28.
The event in central London, will provide guidance on the changing legal landscape governing regulation and enforcement.
Speakers from top law firms, the Department for Work and Pensions and RoSPA will advise on how to embrace legislation, with presentations covering: safety and the Red Tape Challenge; the legal landscape of health & safety, including the Löfstedt Review; coping with the challenges of compensation; working with your insurer; enforcement, including fee for intervention and the question of whether applying the best legal defence measures inhibit lessons being learned; and managing communications during a crisis.
