The acquisition of Drury will augment the compliance and workplace risk management expertise of the Alcumus Group, which includes operating subsidiaries Sypol, Info Exchange and ISOQAR.
Established in 1991 and headquartered in Bradford, Drury, through its professional team of experienced consultants, provides expert advice and guidance on complex compliance issues. Services include health and safety audits and risk assessments, health and safety policy development, preparation of employment contracts, HR and employment law advice and employment tribunal representation and support.
