Charity to use software solution
23 May 2017
Alcumus, the compliance and risk management software business, has announced that its software solution, Alcumus Info Exchange, will be used by global development organisation Oxfam to manage its UK property portfolio.

Oxfam leases over 650 properties as part of its UK estate and was looking for a planning and reporting solution that would provide a single source of truth and management information on the whole UK portfolio.
By choosing Info Exchange, Oxfam will benefit from a fully integrated property management platform which is tailored and configured to meet the organisation’s exact requirements, including information such as leases, services charges, rent and rates. The platform will deliver a centralised, real time view of compliance and maintenance across Oxfam’s entire property portfolio, streamline processes and reduce risk.
Craig Ash, project manager at Oxfam, said: “This system means we will have a single source of management information to better manage our network of high street shops, making us more efficient and freeing up staff time, ultimately getting even more value from Oxfam’s limited funds.”
