lifting systems, portable lifting
specialist Reid Lifting has launched a
new portable gantry system that can
be assembled in under a minute by
just one person.
The Porta-Gantry Rapide 500 is the latest innovative addition to Reid's Porta-Gantry family. With a working load limit of 500kg for goods lifting and EN795-Class B certification for personnel lifting for up to three people, it can be used in multiple configurations, with further customisation possible to suit specific requirements.
Custom designed, optimised aluminium alloy profiles help ensure maximum strength with minimal weight, making the Rapide extremely light and portable, weighing in at just 30kg. Folding down into its own frame for portability and storage as a single piece unit, it is designed to be stowed in most service vans.
It can be easily transported using manual handling, assisted by its integrated transport wheel or handles, making it suitable for maintenance service and emergency applications.
