Registered Safety Supplier Scheme shortlisted for award

THE BRITISH Safety Industry Federation (BSIF) Registered Safety Supplier Scheme (RSSS) has been listed as a finalist in the Office for Product Safety and Standards Regulatory Excellence Awards 2021, in the Product Safety Category.
The BSIF entered the RSSS as an exemplar of product safety, highlighting the BSIF's and its members' efforts in ensuring that only safe and compliant PPE is placed on the market and users get the protection that they deserve from PPE and Safety products.
OPSS are holding a virtual event on June 10th where the Regulatory Excellence Awards 2021 winners will be announced.
Commenting on the news, BSIF CEO Alan Murray said: "I know that there has been a record entry this year but regardless of the final outcome, for our scheme to make it as a finalist in the Regulator’s own awards is real progress and represents continuing profile for all our efforts."
