Share your view on the challenges the sector is facing

RS wants to hear about what’s playing on your mind and how you feel about this evolving industry. The results from the 2025 Health and Safety survey will be used to create a state of the industry report, offering insights to health and safety professionals that will help them navigate the challenges.

Two years on from the first RS Health and Safety report in 2023, we are keen to discover whether the key emerging themes have changed, along with priorities. Is retaining talent still a headache, maintaining compliance an ongoing battle, and has the rising issue of sustainability shifted the dial for those sourcing and buying PPE? Help us find out!  

We had such a great response to the first survey, with more than 700 people from the UK and Ireland taking part. And 2024 saw almost 900 participants, showing that industry professionals are more engaged than ever in exploring topics that affect their duties. We also delved into additional topics like inclusive PPE, with results showing this to be an issue climbing the agenda at pace. We’re hoping the 2025 survey will elicit even more responses to create the most insightful, robust report yet.

RS’ safety solutions aims to stay at the forefront of what customers in this space need to help them in their everyday challenges. We’ll ask again about inclusive PPE, seek to find out what sustainability goals and efforts are taking shape, and uncover the perceived risks to the future of the health and safety sector.
