Combat occupational dermatitis
07 June 2016
At the Safety & Health Expo, Deb will highlight the need for an effective skin care and hand hygiene programme in the workplace.
To keep skin healthy and prevent the risk of work-related skin diseases, hand washing alone is not enough. Employees should use pre-work protection creams as well as after work restoration creams as part of a daily skin care routine.
To combat this, Deb has created the Deb Stoko range of specialist Protect and Restore creams for use in the workplace. The expansive range aims to protect the skin from exposure to arduous substances in the workplace, consequently reducing the risk of occupational skin disease for employees.
To promote skin care compliancy, Deb is encouraging professionals to book an appointment with Deb at the Safety & Health Expo and at their place of work to assess their skin and workplace. The first 50 people who do so will receive a complimentary 7” tablet, complete with Deb’s informative e-Guide to Skin Care.
On Deb’s stand visitors will receive a Personal Skin Care Kit containing Protect, Cleanse and Restore sample products. They will also be provided with an electronic cream selector to help them discover which Deb product is the right fit for their skin. Skin assessments using a corneometer will measure moisture levels in the skin.
