An engineering design and project management company has capitalised on its reputation by achieving Occupational Health and Safety Standard OHSAS18001.
Lorien Engineering Solutions, based in Burton upon Trent, was awarded the internationally recognised assessment standard and specification in recognition of its dedication to the provision of a safe workplace.
The company designs and delivers manufacturing projects, and is a leading health and safety practice in sectors including brewing, drinks, food, life sciences, sustainability and waste, acting on behalf of major national and multi-national manufacturing organisations.
Lorien was also awarded a RoSPA Order of Distinction in 2013 for the seventh successive year, representing 21 years of Gold Awards from RoSPA.
