Unlike employees who regularly use forklift trucks, managers and supervisors are not required to be qualified forklift operators. This is a potentially dangerous knowledge gap given the high rate of injuries that stem from incorrect use of the equipment. It is also costly to replace damaged stock, racking and trucks.
Mentor's course equips managers with the specialist knowledge and confidence to stop a dangerous occurrence in its tracks.
