Reflecting the latest changes in
legislation, Pilz Automation
Technology has updated its range of
machinery safety courses, as well as
publishing a new booklet and course
schedule for 2012.
With the withdrawal of EN 954-1 at the end of 2011, extra dates have been added for the course 'Safety Design incorporating EN ISO 13849- 1/EN 62061' to cope with anticipated demand from machine builders and users who need to change over to these successor standards with immediate effect. The 1, 2 and 4-day City & Guilds Machinery Safety Courses, which have recently been accredited by the National Skills Academy for Materials, Production and Supply, will also be running more frequently.
