Tuff Spun Deck comprises a closed cell PVC foam base incorporating a heavy duty wear top surface layer with either a pebbled or checker plate design. The addition of the embossed vinyl checker plate wear layer surface provides added traction as well as enhanced abrasion and puncture resistance.

Manufactured in one single composition with different colours to the wear layer and underside for perfect bonding, Tuff Spun Deck has the added advantage of being more competitively priced than traditional mattings manufactured from dual materials, while also providing better performance than other single layer foam products, says the company.
