Cardinus' magazine focuses on adapting to change
01 March 2021
ISSUE 15 of Cardinus Connect is out now. In the new issue, Connect readers can learn about the challenges of flexible working, new building regulations, managing wellbeing and more.
Cardinus Connect is now in it’s 15th edition. Connect brings together contributors from across the industry and provides a space for new thinking, thought-leadership and experiences from the coal face.
The magazine reaches thousands of Cardinus customers and subscribers and has grown its readership with each new issue.
Issue 15 looks at the rapid pace of change that industries and workplaces across the world have had to suffer following the pandemic and asks how health and safety professionals can adapt to change in the long-term.
The lead article sets out the challenges of flexible or remote working and how we can take learnings from prior to the pandemic to build up scale and implement a healthy, and safe, flexible working programme.
Other contributors focus on the mental health and wellbeing challenges associated with the pandemic and give their advice and tips for managing wellbeing at this time and in the future, as well as looking at the key business drivers for supporting wellbeing in organisations.
Connect also tackles the changes to regulations in the fire and building safety industry. With so much change occurring, or in the pipeline, this article gives real insight into the challenge for property owners and managers.
