Lone worker specialist
23 September 2016
Lone worker specialist SoloProtect will be on hand at Health & Safety North to discuss its leading range of lone worker solutions with visitors and industry colleagues.
2016 has been a busy year for SoloProtect, the manufacturer of the Identicom lone worker device, with its new, purpose-built, state of the art Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) going live in January. By investing in an EN50518 accredited ARC, SoloProtect have taken steps to improve customer service and lone worker protection. Both in terms of the quality of the infrastructure and staffing, but also with regards to the level of reporting a customer can now access.
At the push of a button, a red alert is triggered and a trained SoloProtect ARC operator is listening to a possible abusive or violent situation on your behalf. The Identicom lone worker device is said to be the most widely used, dedicated device of its kind and is now used by over 160,000 people. Identicom is used by a wide-range of lone workers to reduce risks to their personal safety as they go about their daily working lives. It’s the only lone worker device specifically designed as an identity card holder in order to be easy to wear and discreet to use.
