Cutting edge safety
23 June 2015
Martor, a manufacturer and supplier of industrial safety knives, has been producing safety knives since 1976.

Martor's Megasafe industrial safety knife is registered as a Martor Safety Index 3 product. The knife has a patented fully automatic blade retraction system, which means that even with the blade slider extended, the blade will retract as soon as it leaves the material being cut.
The Megasafe represents the onward development of Martor's Optisafe and Maxisafe Safety cutter series. According to Martor, the installed 0.63mm thick blade is suitable for use with virtually any type of material. Available for use by both right and left handers, the heavy-duty cutter is made of aluminium and designed to enable controlled cutting operations even when the user is wearing protective work gloves. As with all the company's industrial safety knives, it's stamped "GS-Tested for Safety."
