Interlocking floor tile
21 August 2014
To appeal to an even wider range of users and budgets, Ecotile has extended its range of heavy duty industrial, commercial and domestic flooring solutions with a new 5mm tile.

Ecotile designs and manufactures a comprehensive range of interlocking PVC floor tiles at its UK production facility, providing durable and safe flooring solutions that can be installed with minimal disruption.
The E500/5 – a 5mm dove tail joint tile – is a hard wearing solution for foot and light trolley traffic. Suited to industrial applications such as assembly areas and mezzanines, the Ecotile 5mm tile is also used in retail and commercial premises, the education sector and within the domestic market for garages, workshops and utility rooms.
Available in both light and dark grey with a smooth finish, the 5mm tile is also available in an attractive decorative finish for applications where the design aesthetic is particularly important or where a floor that does not show the dirt is required.
Installation is a fast and simple process, with zero or minimal downtime, as usually no adhesive is required. Easy to maintain, Ecotile flooring demonstrates impressive wear and impact resistance and also offers noise reduction properties.
MD James Gedye said: "As a business, we are committed to world class manufacturing standards and have invested in quality to secure our position as the only interlocking flooring tile manufacturer that holds the full complement of quality accreditations and certifications including ISO9001 / 14001, CE Mark, BFI S1 Fire Rating and the R10 anti-slip rating. Furthermore, all of our tiles are REACH compliant and come with a 10 year warranty as standard."
Where a conductive or dissipative floor is required, Ecotile offer the 5mm tile as an ESD version which is IEC 61340 compliant.
