Castle Group, who offer a number of tools for managing Hand Arm Vibration (HAV) says that as long as you have an exposure level measured, (which the company can advise you on or even do for you if required), tool timers can be quite inexpensive, so you can put together a robust HAV management regime without spending a fortune.

If you do have the money to invest, there is also the possibility to have a fully automated system that tracks everyone's exposure on a daily basis providing up to the minute reports and auditable data for claims management (so long as you measured, of course!)
