fixing hole in the top of the support
enables it to be screwed upwards i.e.
into a concrete ceiling and if there is no where to hang the support or if the user is unable to get a fixing overhead, the support can be fixed through the side hole, enabling cables to be kept off the floor.
Skyhook has also produced a cable support called the Medi Hook which has been approved by Peterborough and Stamford NHS Trust hospital and is being used widely. The Medi Hook is designed to hang from the bed rail to hold all forms of cables or tubing that may be trailing on the floor.
