Safety knife manufacturer, Moving Edge, has added a handy new widget to its website to help users compare the costs of disposable safety knives with blade changeable knives.

The Safety Knife Calculator on www.movingedge.com is now fully functional. Users simply enter their annual knife usage in the blank fields provided. An immediate calculation based on 12 months' expenditure is then displayed making a price comparison between disposable and blade changeable models.

While disposable knives may seem the cheapest option, the annual cost is normally considerably more than using blade changeable knives, says the company.
