Within the Vision Pro system, you can even allocate audits for individual assets, uploading documentation, certificates, images, drawings, even video footage, thereby keeping everything in one, easily accessible place.

Take fire risk for example. While the software delivers an industry standard PAS 79 fire risk assessment template for you or your contractors to use/follow (we also work with organisations to deliver bespoke FRAs), in undertaking this within the Vision Pro software, you can also embed all your emergency exits, equipment and assets within the FRA which provides a complete and comprehensive overview of your fire risk. Also, a hard copy FRA is often out of date almost as soon as it's been completed. With live data in the software, your fire risk is a living, breathing, operational system that will update any changes the moment an individual/responsible person is able to do so.

And if the thought of transitioning from your current system, be it paper-based or another software package that’s no longer fit for purpose, is daunting, don’t worry, we can help with that. The Vision Document Storage facility allows you to upload any historic information so you will always have an audit trail.
