Mat’s talk provides a toolkit for encouraging a positive mental health culture in your workplace. Taking you on a journey using real life examples of the pressures on leaders when it comes to a company’s mental health culture. 

Discussing causes and consequences of failure, and how to effectively lead a positive mental health culture, Mat’s talk gives key take aways that you can adopt and implement within your own organisation.
