Headline sponsor for HSM Live Coventry 2025 announced
06 May 2025
HSI DONESAFE, a leading provider of EHSQ (Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality) management software, has been confirmed as the headline sponsor for Health and Safety Matters Live (HSM Live), taking place at the Coventry Building Society Arena on 4 June 2025.

This announcement marks the start of a new strategic partnership between HSI Donesafe and Health and Safety Matters — a collaboration focusing on a shared commitment to helping improve EHS outcomes across industries through knowledge sharing, innovation, and community engagement.
HSI Donesafe provides intuitive EHS management software designed to help organisations simplify and manage their health, safety, and compliance responsibilities. Its platform offers configurable tools and data-driven insights to improve safety processes, engage employees, and support more informed decision making.
Keynote Session: Technology Meets Trust
As part of its involvement in HSM Live Coventry, HSI Donesafe will also deliver a keynote session titled “Technology Meets Trust: Why Safety Culture Starts with People.” The session will explore how EHS technology can help foster a positive safety culture - highlighting the role of trust, engagement, and shared responsibility across all levels of an organisation, from the frontline to the boardroom..
Registration for HSM Live Coventry is free at www.hsmlive.co.uk.
The partnership will also see HSI Donesafe sponsor other key events, webinars, and programmes with Health and Safety Matters throughout 2025 and beyond.
The first sponsored webinar with HSM, Simplifying compliance through automation, will explore how automation can simplify core EHS workflows - from incident reporting and audits to risk assessments and permit-to-work – helping teams reduce manual effort, improve visibility, and create more time to focus on prevention and safety outcomes. It takes place on 29 May 2025 at 10.30am and you can watch it live by registering at https://wbmwebinars.com/simplifying-compliance-through-automation/register.
“We’re delighted to partner with HSM as part of our continued commitment to connecting and supporting the health and safety community,” said Sarah McLaughlin, EMEA marketing director at HSI Donesafe. “This partnership reflects our focus on working alongside businesses, safety leaders, and practitioners to help drive better health and safety outcomes through practical, technology-driven solutions.”
Western Business Media (publisher of Health and Safety Matters) CEO Mark Sennett added: “We are delighted to have signed this agreement with HSI Donesafe. They are the perfect partner as they are committed to providing OSH professionals with the tools, they need to help raise standards in the health and safety sector.
“Like HSM, they focus on connecting with OSH professionals and ensuring they have all the key information they need to keep people and property safe.”
