New NEBOSH guides
10 September 2015
ACT Associates has released the eighth edition of The NEBOSH National General Certificate study guide and the fourth edition of A Guide to International Health and Safety at Work (which follows the NEBOSH International General Certificate syllabus).
These new publications support students taking these NEBOSH certificate qualifications. The publications have been designed to meet the current NEBOSH syllabus, which was updated and released in April 2015.
Both publications have been extensively revised and updated with new features and recent legislation including the new Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM) 2015. Additionally, A Guide to International Health and Safety at Work has been refreshed with a new format, a new layout, and new study features to assist student learning.
These publications take a practical and informative approach and provide readers with a clear perspective on the significant range of health and safety risks. The useful guides cover a number of topics including: Foundations in health and safety; Health and safety management systems; Workplace hazards; Transport hazards; Electrical safety; and Fire safety.
