Pallet dispensers
17 February 2015
Pallet dispensers are becoming a key element for improving working conditions in a warehouse environment, according to Packline Materials Handling.

The company says that pallet dispensers reduce the risk of ergonomic problems with pallet handling and eliminate accidents.
Other benefits include an increase in the lifetime of pallets, as they are less likely to become damaged when stored in a dispenser; and a reduction of the area within which pallets are stored as the pallets are stacked upwards. Using a dispenser is also said to make the operation more hygienic as there is no physical contact between the operator and the pallet.
The Electric Dispenser has the capacity to stack 15 pallets, or a total of 500kg. The Pneumatic Dispenser has the capacity to stack 15 to 25 pallets, or a total of 500kg to 1000kg, depending on the model. Both dispensers are capable of stacking and destacking one pallet at a time as well as the whole stack.
