Air-fed respiration for metal spray industry

The Crusader Phoenix metal spray visor and hood from Alphatech combines air-fed respiration technology with a visor specifically developed for the metal spray industry. Lightweight and robust, the Phoenix was developed for this specialist industry to give the very best protection and is approved and CE marked to BSEN 1835: 2000, with a nominal protection factor of 200.

A shade 5 clip on outer lens is available and the Phoenix is fitted with a flame retardant Proban hood. Further features include a breathing air warning whistle and gauge, an adjustable regulator that adjusts the flow between 170-250 litres per minute and disposable peel off visors. The unit also boasts a wide angle of visibility, has an adjustable belt, and is supplied with a strong nylon storage bag.
