Advisory acquisition

The Advisory businesses of Santia has been acquired by a group wholly owned and controlled by BECAP Fund LP.

BECAP is the private equity investment vehicle of Better Capital, an investment company who specialises in investing in businesses with the potential to grow over a 3-5 year period.

The acquired businesses were purchased from the joint administrators by new companies, Santia Consulting and Santia Asbestos Management.

The Santia field based service operations are said not to be in administration.
