Protecting workers from machinery such as robots and other similar automated systems, Stakrak's range of Stak Guard modular perimeter machine guarding mesh systems are fast and easy to install. Stakrak also provides specialist knowledge and expertise to ensure users purchase the most cost-effective solution and importantly, one that complies with the latest Machine Guarding Directives (2006/42/EC), which came into force in December 2009. These relate to captive fixings and the use of a tool being required to remove the guard.
Two different modular systems are available in a multitude of panel widths and heights, ensuring the best solution for most machine guarding applications. A range of door types and locking systems is also available, from basic snap and catch devices to more sophisticated interlocks with switches. Standard colours are grey, black or yellow.
