months - to reduce energy loss,
damaged goods, slippages and other
potential health and safety hazards is
being fully met by Airbloc.
Its air curtain systems - designed to produce a high velocity wall of air, which acts as a natural barrier - ensures that hotter outside atmosphere does not penetrate into the carefully controlled climates of cold storage.
The systems are proven to reduce energy costs: If warm air is allowed into chilled areas, machinery is forced to work overtime in the constant battle to maintain the cool temperatures - using up more energy and more money.
Alternative plastic strips, typically used to cover cold storage doorways, have a limited effect on keeping out the warm air, claims Airbloc. An air curtain is also 100% invisible - eliminating obstructed views.
