Toyota Material Handling has
launched Toyota First, a programme
that allows quick deliveries to be
made on a selection of bestselling
models including Toyota Tonero
engine-powered forklifts, Toyota
Traigo electric-powered forklifts and
BT Levio powered pallet trucks.
The First programme has been launched to allow Toyota to offer quicker new truck deliveries to customers to help meet their business needs and to make operations run more efficiently.
Together with its customers, Toyota has identified a selection of industry standard trucks and furnished them with the most popular specifications to fit most applications including; loading and unloading, horizontal transport and stacking.
Toyota First trucks are said to offer the best standard in performance, safety, comfort and reliability and include essential options that successfully fulfil a great variety of business requirements, but with quicker delivery times.
The trucks included in the programme are provided with features such as the Toyota System of Active Stability (SAS) on counterbalance forklifts, which enhances the operator's safety and comfort, and enables you to reduce the risk of goods damage; as well as the BT Powerdrive, an integrated drive and control system on powered pallet trucks that enhances truck efficiency.
Sales and marketing director Tony Wallis said: "Our customers still benefit from the tailored service we offer, including free site surveys and onsite demonstrations but we can now have their new truck on site sooner."
