Reduce crush injury risk
The ACKPad “Anti-Crush Kick-Pad” was recognised in 2017 by the UK’s Fork Lift Truck Association and now Weston Handling Consultancy (WHC) has launched the ACKBelt anti-crush kick-belt kit.
The retrofittable Anti-Crush System can be quickly and easily fitted to virtually any electric powered pedestrian truck to protect operators from injury and to protect the truck from accidental damage.
The ACKBelt connects directly to the E-Stop Anti-Crush stomach buttons on Powered Pedestrian Truck Tiller Arms.
According to WHC, the anti-crush kick-belt has received a fantastic response from industry, with major lift truck companies choosing it to improve the safety of their trucks.
WHC anti-crush systems are completely customizable to suit all makes and shapes of trucks and are available as modular add-ons.
From May 2018, the WHC ACKBelt will be available worldwide for purchase through TVH, a leading global player in the distribution of forklift trucks, industrial trucks, components and spare parts, which is active in more than 170 countries worldwide.
