Low-cost air quality monitoring

The 6-channel TSI BlueSky air quality monitor offers simultaneous measurement of PM1, PM2.5, PM4 and PM10 mass concentrations as well as temperature and relative humidity – all in real time and for a low cost.

Designed for indoor or outdoor use, BlueSky is a laser-based optical particle counter, ideal for monitoring indoor air quality in industrial and manufacturing facilities as well as outdoor environmental monitoring. Lightweight and compact, the monitor is easy to install in or around any area of concern on a wall, pole, fence etc. 

An Internet of Things (IoT) device, BlueSky offers data interfacing using WiFi and comes with a standard micro-SD memory card for duplicate storage. Cloud-based and ultra-localised, monitors work individually or a network of multiple units can be deployed to show trends and hotspots.

The instrument is also designed to house four additional sensors for measuring gas concentrations, such as NO₂, Ozone and TVOCs. When these sensors are released in the near future, the manufacturer will arrange to convert your existing monitor to also measure gases if required.
