Air purification system

Posted on Friday 1 January 2010

Pollution from vehicle emissions and many other sources is a hot topic at the moment. The Royal College of Physicians recently stated that exposure to air pollution is responsible for around 40,000 deaths in the UK and has been linked to cancer, asthma, stroke and heart disease.

To help combat pollution that invades indoors, the PurexAIR purification system sits quietly in a corner of the room and draws in the pollutants from the air. The air is filtered before pure, clean air is returned to the room. The PurexAIR  efficiently filters and removes up to 99.95% of dust, including invisible fine particles and also captures noxious gases and odours.

The purification system can be used in the classroom, office, home, workplace, hospital ward, retail space or any location where air pollutants are present in the indoor atmosphere. This is particularly beneficial for buildings near busy roads where pollution levels can be dangerously high, contaminating the indoor environment.

Purex will be exhibiting the new PurexAIR at Health & Safety North.
