The uvex 1 safety shoe won the German Design Award 2015 as well as the Red Dot Product Design Award 2013 for design excellence, while uvex’s astrospec 2.0 safety spectacle was presented with the Red Dot Product Design Award 2014.

uvex are accredited with the Investors in People (IIP) Gold award, the highest award for best practice in business management, in May 2014, while John Gill, MD of uvex safety (UK), won Surrey IoD Director of the Year Award in April 2015.
